The success of the band program largely depends on fundraising efforts to ensure that it remains fully funded. There are many ongoing fundraising activities, as well as seasonal opportunities, that directly support our amazing band! Thank you for your help and contributions.

We are excited to announce our 21st annual craft fair on November 1, 2025. For many years, we have hosted our fair in early December. After hearing feedback, we are so excited to kick off the holiday months with a fun autumn themed craft fair!

Year-Round Fundraising

King Soopers Community Rewards

Our band program receives fundraising dollars when you choose our organization for your community rewards partner. If you have a King Soopers loyalty card or number, you can connect it to our CHAPARRAL HIGH SCHOOL BAND BOOSTERS organization name or number. Under the Community Rewards tab on their website or app, you can search for us by typing in our name or enrollment number: CHAPARRAL HIGH SCHOOL BAND BOOSTERS or PW348 and then click Enroll.

Restaurant Spirit Nights

Our band program has periodic local restaurant fundraisers that will be announced through the website, FaceBook, and the Band App. A percentage of the sales comes back to the band program when we dine in their restaurants on those nights.

Seasonal Fundraising

Snack Shack at Stonegate Village Pool

Our largest fundraiser of the year is through a student-run concession stand that operates from Memorial Day through Labor Day in Stonegate. We are grateful for our partnership with the Stonegate community and HOA.

Fireworks Stand at Southwest Plaza Mall

The Chaparral Band has been running one of the highest-selling Phantom Fireworks stands in Colorado for many years. It takes many volunteers to make it a successful fundraiser and we ask that all band students and families volunteer for shifts.

Craft Fair

For many years now, the Chaparral Band Boosters have hosted an annual craft fair at Chaparral High School. We host many vendors and offer baked goods and additional food. This is a must-see event! Vendors, sign up early to secure your booth!

Butter Braid

Students are able to earn individual rewards that apply to their band fees by selling the delicious Butter Braids. This fundraiser usually runs in the fall or early spring.

Additional fundraisers are added and are sometimes rotated every year such as a mattress fundraiser, garage sale, Raise Right, and more. We look forward to your partnership!
